How do I submit an IIS, Grant or Charitable Donation Application?
From the home page of the LEO Pharma portal, click on the "Learn More" button under the IIS, Support of Medical Education, or Charitable Donation column. This will take you to "Investigator Initiated Studies", "Medical Educational Grant Process", or "Charitable Donations" page, respectively. Read the information, and at the bottom of the page you will see "Submit Application" button. Clicking on the button will open up the "Create an Account" page. Create an account if you are a new user, or log in if you are a returning user. After creating an account/logging-in, you will be redirected to the "Edit Profile" page. Complete the profile and click the "Save and Continue" button. Clicking this button will open up the title page along with attestation. Create the title in the same format as shown in the example and click the "I Agree" button, then click "Create New". This will open up the Synopsis form (for IISs) or the Submission form (for Grants & Charitable Donations) to be completed by you.

Do I have to complete the extended profile each time I am trying to submit new information?
No, you do not have to complete the information each time. The system is designed to direct the user to go through the extended profile. It saves your information and gives you an opportunity to edit if anything has changed. If you are a returning user and nothing has changed, just click the "Save and Continue" button to go next screen.

How do I find my saved application?
Once you are logged in, click on "My Submissions" menu on top to see your list of saved/in process and submitted submissions. You will be able to identify your submission/application by the title. Saved Application will not have any Submitted Date or Current Status. You can as well sort on the column (ascending or descending) by clicking on it.

Why is the submit button disabled even though I have completed the application?
For IIS / Grant submission to complete, you are required to upload documents in the Files tab. After you have uploaded the required documents in the Files tab, navigate back to the Submission form tab and you will find the Submit button enabled.

How do I complete a Proposal form for an Investigator Initiated Study?
When your Synopsis is accepted, you will receive an email from ideapoint@leopharma.com to complete the full Proposal. Click on the link in the email and login to the portal. After you have signed in, click on the "My Submissions" menu on top to view a list of your saved/in process and submitted submission. You will be able to identify your submission by title. Clicking on the title will open up the Proposal form.
